- Review of your project reports
- Leadership skills assessment
- Progress and performance tracking
- 24/7 email support for any questions
- Minimum commitment of 3 months

ON-SITE CONSULTING
I will visit your location for three days to work closely with you on a comprehensive transformation of your project. This will be a unique and invaluable opportunity to enhance your entrepreneurial capabilities in strategic and management areas, as well as to improve your leadership skills. Additionally, you will receive continuous follow-up to ensure ongoing progress and results.
The On-Site Consulting service is priced at €4,840 and includes:
- 3 days of on-site consulting

- Progress and performance tracking
- 24/7 email support for any questions
Travel expenses (transportation and accommodation), both domestic and international, are additional and to be covered by the client.
